Default Make skill Icons more defined

I'm taking another look at the skills - Mesmer skills more specifically, I haven't taken a close look at the others... Anyway, They look so... bland. There have been a number of threads about this subject, and it would be good to see strong opinions on what people think about the quality and the relation such icons have towards their definition as well as the skill's actual effect.

Some examples are:

Complicate:
~A guy holding his head with lilghtning being struck on his head does not make things complicated. I would rather see a face of a man with a projected image coming from his forehead depicting four puzzle pieces that dont fit together. Yes, you CAN fit this into the icon...

Overload needs the same Icon as Power Block. Power Block should have an image of a target casting a spell that hits a wall. Or at least an image of a persons head trying to cast a spell, and the projectile coming from the forehead hits a barrier represented by a cresent in the top right/left corner.

I have more examples, but the effect im trying to bring towards this thread is that the images look far too similar. If you're going to make new skills, you need to bring about some more enhanced definition and accurate representation of the skill.
